Heart Pops

What says Happy Valentine’s Day better than red velvet?  I say red velvet cake pops shaped into hearts!

I had never shaped cake pops into anything other than a cupcake before and was interested in see how the coating would go.  I used Wilton’s candy melts in red, pink, and dark chocolate to coat them and some I even used heart-shaped sprinkles.

I was pretty happy with the outcome.
